eBanking applications for Corporates

On this page, you’ll find information on a selection of transactional software designed for business and professional purposes.
Are you also a fan of eBanking? Have you already discovered the benefits of online banking? If so, you’ll certainly be interested in KBC's Go&Deal. Go&Deal is a user-friendly Internet package that lets you carry out your spot, forward and swap transactions online. You can also use it for online deposits and loans in euros and other currencies.
WISE Corporate eBanking is:
  • a Web-enabled system
  • which offers a uniform and multilingual banking interface for all companies
  • and their divisions around the world.
Payments and collections can be sent to KBC Bank Belgium, KBC Bank branches (in the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and Italy), KBC subsidiaries (in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia) and even to third-party banks. What’s more, WISE enables you to authorize transactions no matter what time it is or where you are. Your employees can enter transactions and you can sign for them when and where it suits you. This is what we refer to as ‘Global Reach with a Local Touch’.
WISE is a thin-client solution: no major software installation is needed. Once the initial log-on procedure is completed, a small application downloads automatically.
If you’re involved in international trade as an importer and/or exporter, you probably make frequent use of documentary techniques (such as documentary credits, documentary collections and international bank guarantees) to hedge your risks. Or perhaps you regularly have need of guarantees in your line of business. If that’s the case, you’ve no doubt wondered how the piles of paperwork involved in documentary payment techniques could be organized more efficiently.
Look no further than KBC-Flexims, KBC’s Internet application for managing import and export transactions and guarantees.

eDocumentBox
The eDocumentBox is a new service offered by the eBankingForBusiness Portal to cover your informational needs. Several domains within the bank will send documents (e.g. MarketToMarket report) - currently often sent via insecure channels such as (e-)mail - to (a group of) portal users who can consult them in an easy, structured and secure way.
Ide@ (Internet Direct Euro Access) is the Web-based, front-end application for customers holding vostro accounts. All sorts of information can be retrieved in real time, while certain SWIFT payment instruction can be remitted in real time, too.
In principle, the SWIFT network for interbank transactions may only be accessed by financial institutions. However, since December 2002, SWIFT has also allowed non-bank institutions to use its communication platform, thanks to so-called ‘Closed User Groups’. KBC Bank is proud to be the first bank in the Benelux to offer its large-enterprise customer segment the opportunity to join a Member Administered Closed User Group (MA-CUG). This will enable the company and bank (though not companies among themselves) to hook up each other directly over the SWIFT message network.  KBC’s corporate clientele can use this new service to remit their payment instructions to KBC without delay via the SWIFT network, which guarantees a high degree of reliability, availability and security. KBC Bank for its part receives these instructions in standardized SWIFT format, is able to read them quickly and efficiently into its current processing systems and then sends off the requisite statements of account through the same channel.
Isabel is the multi-bank network for secure electronic communication between banks, companies and information suppliers. Although the various modules provided by Isabel are the same for every bank and user, KBC does offer a number of extra services: KBC@Isabel en KBC-Online for Business. This information is only available in Dutch.
With the KBC-Online for Business modules, you can check bank information or carry out transactions in real time and in a secure Isabel environment. This information is only available in Dutch.
When the decision is made to use XML instead of the local CIRI-layout, it is advised to test the new XML-file on validity and accuracy.
Therefore the XML-tester tool can be used to check if an XML-file is correct and may be sent to the bank for processing.
